I. Client Background

The Peruvian client for this collaboration is a local trading company specializing in outdoor equipment and emergency power solutions. It maintains stable sales channels in major Peruvian cities such as Lima and Arequipa, serving outdoor adventure clubs, small manufacturing enterprises, and residential users. With increasing extreme weather events in Peru in recent years affecting grid stability, local consumers have seen a surge in demand for portable, high-efficiency emergency energy storage devices. Through market research, the client identified that 300W-range energy storage power supplies offer exceptional adaptability for home emergency lighting, powering small appliances (e.g., rice cookers, fans), and outdoor equipment (e.g., small power tools). Additionally, modified sine wave (MSW) technology storage solutions strike a better balance between cost and performance for the local mid-range market. The client previously attempted collaborations with suppliers from other countries but failed to establish long-term partnerships due to issues like inadequate product compatibility and delayed after-sales responses. Ultimately, they connected with us through an international exhibition, seeking a customized, cost-effective 300W modified sine wave energy storage power solution.

II. Collaboration Process

1. Requirement Communication Phase (August-September 2025): Through emails and online meetings, the client explicitly specified that the product must be compatible with Peru's AC 220V/60Hz grid frequency, incorporate overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection features, and weigh under 5kg to meet portability requirements. 2. Sample Development and Testing Phase (September 2025): We completed sample production within 10 days. Beyond standard performance testing, we conducted an additional 72-hour continuous discharge test simulating Peru's high-temperature environment (45°C constant-temperature chamber), ensuring battery capacity degradation remained below 5%. After samples were shipped via international express, the client conducted 15 days of field testing. Feedback confirmed stable operation in outdoor high-temperature conditions, with only a minor adjustment requested: increasing USB output ports from 2 to 3 (to support simultaneous charging of multiple devices). We completed this sample optimization within 3 days.
3. Order Confirmation and Production Phase (September–October 2025): After confirming the samples met expectations, the client signed a purchase order for [specific quantity] units, agreeing to a payment structure of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment (due upon successful inspection before shipment). Our production department established a dedicated manufacturing plan. Raw material procurement prioritized batteries and components compliant with international certifications (e.g., CE, RoHS).
